Yoshi’s x Van Hunt & NNC = GOOD NIGHT
What I wore…
Where I was…
Who I was there for…
He played this really awesome slow version of this song. Pretty funny dude as well…
The set was pretty short a little over an hour, and tickets were $18 each. I only went for that one single but after seeing him live I might even BUY the CDs. :O
I took off 4 hours of work today because I thought it would be an actual concert set but I ended up being home pretty early… Oh well, enjoying this free time before I go to my half day at work.
What we ate after…
That’s all!
FUCK YOU CSM x Rain x Gourmet
First day of class today, parked in this spot

Looked safe, came back to find a parking ticket… Fuck you CSM. I’m gonna contest it and do whatever I have to do to NOT pay the ticket.
Then when I got home, decided to take out the trash, stepped on the wood boards we got on the side of the house that get really slippery when wet (apparently) and this happened.
Didn’t really get hurt, I some how hit my knee on the floor and it’s a little bruised.
I think my pride is hurt more than anything. Stupid Gourmets x Rain ruined my perfect walking without incident streak of like 4 years.
No, I can’t stand them.
Real Talk: Music
I’ve really slowed down.
I’ve been listening to Luther Vandross, Raphael Saadiq, a lot of soul and R&B and a lot of upbeat 80s music.
I can spend hours listening to music to find an emotion, feeling or a series of words to explain the way that I feel in order to express an idea.
In a way I’ve started the trek back towards the old me. Before I met Moae and Neslie.
After spending everyday with another person you begin to form an almost symbiotic being. Which explains why break ups even if they’re mutual or not, can be quite painful.
I could write a book on what that idea means to me, but I won’t right now.
Now that the other person is gone, I’m going to make it a goal to find myself.
I haven’t been single for a little over 3 years, so this change is definitely a big one for me.
But I’m starting to kind of like it.
The process of finding oneself can be long and hard depending on how hard it is for you to get over missing that someone or something you once had.
Music is definitely a big part of that.
Maxwell’s new CD is really good. I’m not a huge Neo-soul head, but the music and lyrics are on point.
This is just really chill. If I could listen to one type of music for a whole day right now it’d be something like this.
www.pandora.com has helped me find a lot of music that I used to listen to while riding in my dad’s car as a kid and also kindled interest in artists I would’ve never looked for out or previously had decided I wasn’t a fan of.
I know Logan is the only person that reads this. LOL.
I put my car up for sale/trade in order to see if I can get back into S chassis.
They’re more common, and my S13/S14 probably won’t get me on Speedhunters or any blog, but I’d rather have fun than keep trying to dump money into a car I’m not 100% certain on.
Myles calls this car my “biggest mistake” I don’t feel THAT bad about the car, but I do want to move on.
Some pics and the sale ad for the Cressida.
Sale ad.

Buy it and you can be cool like this one day.

SO good. I <3 D1SL
D1SL is what drifting SHOULD’VE become/stayed. Look how much more fun the driving is when the cars aren’t ultra highly modified into something ridiculous. It looks so much more competitive and cool this way too.
Some of the cars look like REAL street cars.
:( -> :)
Broken digicam
Shoes and pants combo
Oh yeah the spot were at has MAD ballers. Bently’s, Benz and so many Cressidaaaaaassssss. So crazy out here. No good looking people though. No cute girls and my sister and Laura say they have noticed no attractive dudes.
I’m waiting til we go to downtown SB just wanna LOOK!
Weakend
Took off yesterday. Partied at Sabor with Mel the night before.
Got up 5 hours after work WOULD’VE started and felt GREAT.
I chilled at home most of the morning til I hit up Turfsm.com’s “sale”. Only thing I wanted was jeans and I only wanted to spend <100.
Copped 2 pairs of 32×32 501 shrink to fit for 80 so I was happy. (thanks to an old rec. ) i would shrink em but theyre already my size and they fit so no need to shrink.
After that scooped dope lunch from kaz grill (bento as I call it) and went to Premier to hang out with Mel and Yukari.
After a few episodes of Jersey Shore @premierboutique (that's the Twitter
) went to kragen because my fuckin oil light keeps going on when I brake moderately hard (low oil level :-/)
WARNING: RETAIL RANT
Here's the stupid thing. I HATE that Murrays bought out Kragen, now they never have sales and when they do they're WACK. I think I'm gonna change autoparts stores.
It was 4.99 for one quart of oil(which is more than I needed) or the big 5 quart bottle for 12.99… so I said fuck it I can always use the extra for a pour through or to fill it up if the light comes back. Bought the big oil and some seafoam to pour into my gas tank. Helped an old Chinese couple put some windshield wipers on in the parking lot since kragen was crackin lady night.
(almost cried when I was done and walking away cause the old man reminded me of my late grandpa rip Gung Gung)
Then late last night got packed up and headed to SLO for the weekend. I'm chillin on a futon right now typing this post haha. iPhone <3 it does most things right.
I'll try to take pics and update as the weekend progresses!
